Creative Business Finance was started in May 2008 with a mission to assist business bankers in saving relationships with customers when they have to decline a business loan application. We know business bankers work hard to get approvals for their customers and we strive to be a resource when you have to decline a customers' financing request due to credit, collateral or capacity.
We can help with the acquisition of equipment, trucks, software, commercial real estate and/or working capital without the same stringent credit restrictions or documentation as the banks. We look at the big picture when we get an application for financing and listen to your story to determine credit worthiness. We offer business financing and equipment leasing in all 50 United States as well as commercial real estate loans in most states.

Since 1999, I have been working in the residential and commercial finance industry helping people obtain financing for residential investment property, commercial real estate loans, business financing, equipment leasing and working capital. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia where I started the company, I moved to Denver in 2012 to enjoy the Rocky Mountains. When I'm not working, I enjoy hunting, fishing, sports, live music and hiking with my dog.
