Creative Business Finance was started in May 2008 with a mission to assist business owners in search of financing the acquisition of equipment, trucks, software, commercial real estate and/or working capital without the same stringent credit restrictions or documentation as the banks. We look at the big picture when we get an application for financing and listen to your story to determine credit worthiness. We offer business financing and equipment leasing in all 50 United States.
We strive to assist business bankers in saving relationships with customers when they have to decline a business loan application. We know business bankers work hard to get approvals for their customers and we strive to be a resource when you have to decline a customers' financing request due to credit, collateral or capacity.

Since 1999, Mr. Felt has been working in the residential and commercial finance industry helping people obtain financing for residential investment property, commercial real estate, business financing, equipment leasing and working capital. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia where he started the company, Mr. Felt moved to Denver in 2012 to enjoy the Rocky Mountains.
When he is not working, he enjoys fishing, watching sports, live music and hiking with his rescue dogs.
